How is The Leading Edge different from your Institutional offering? 

Variant Perception offers a very broad suite of tools and global coverage to our many institutional investors. We are also available to answer our clients questions and to guide their thought process. We essentially act as an outsourced macro strategy group. 

We realize that many individual investors do not need, nor indeed want, that level of service. We decided to open up some of our best tools to individual investors. 

What is the publication schedule?

Our main LeadingEDGE report is published on the third Thursday of each month. 

Our Extremes Dashboard is published every Friday.

How will I be notified of a new publication?

Subscribers will receive an email on the day of publishing containing a link to the new publication.

How do I view the publication?

Each issue is produced as a PDF file. You may download the PDF by clicking on the link provided in the email you receive each month. You may also login to our report portal to view previous publicatins.  

How do I login?

Your account is activated as soon as you become a subscriber. You can login using your subscription email address and the password that was sent to you (or you can create a new password).  

I stopped receiving emails, what should I do?

We never drop emails from our distribution list. If you are a current subscriber, an email will be sent to the email you registered when you subscribed. From time to time, some email providers may classify our emails as “spam”, so be sure to check your “Spam” folder. A great way to avoid spam filtering is by adding our email address, edge@variantperception.com, to your contact list or address book.

How do I change the email address at which I receive publications?

Please email edge-support@variantperception.com with any email change requests.

Billing and Subscription Management

How will I be billed?

You will be billed at the beginning of each payment period. If you selected the quarterly plan, you will be billed every three months, on the anniversary of your initiation subscription. If you selected the annual plan, you will be billed on the anniversary of your initial subscription.

When will my subscription end?

Your subscription will automatically renew and will continue for however long you would like. You may cancel the subscription at any time. If you cancel, you will continue to receive access to emails and reports until the end of the billing cycle in which you canceled.

Whom should I contact if I have a problem with my subscription?

If you experience any kind of problem with your subscription, please do not hesitate to contact us at edge-support@variantperception.com

Will I be able to cancel my subscription?

You may cancel your subscription any time. If you cancel, you will continue to have access until the end of the current billing cycle.  

Please note that unsubscribing from the email you receive will not cancel your subscription. Unsubscribing from the emails you receive will simply remove you from our email distribution list. You will continue to be billed until you cancel your subscription, as outlined below.  

How do I cancel my subscription?

Visit https://variantperception.onfastspring.com/account. Enter your email and check your inbox for a log in link. 

Once logged in, navigate to the "subscriptions" tab. Click the "manage" dropdown, then "cancel".

Can I view my payment history/subscription details?

Visit https://variantperception.onfastspring.com/account. Enter your email and check your inbox for a log in link. Your orders will be visible upon navigating to that link. 

Can I update my billing/payment information?

Yes. Visit https://variantperception.onfastspring.com/account. Enter your email and check your inbox for a log in link.  

Once logged in, navigate to the "Account Details and Payment Methods" tab. 

I'm paying quarterly but want to save some money and switch to annual payments, how?

Nice! You can do so with a quick email to: edge-support@variantperception.com. We'll take care of the rest and move you over to our annual subscription plan. You'll be billed for the annual plan at the end of your current billing cycle.

Is there some place I can log in and access all reports?

We do not currently have a website with hosted reports. The best way to access old content is to filter your inbox for emails from us or reach out to edge-support@variantperception.com if you're looking for something specific.
